Musical Background:

I’m a singer, performer, and teacher within Sonoma County. As a child, I grew up singing and harmonizing with my parents (who are both singers), while performing with local theatre and ballet companies. As a vocalist, I’ve competed with my Acappella group “Gusto!” and varying chorus groups across the nation. I’ve coached choruses in Sonoma and Marin Counties, while also participating in singing and workshop events through the Barbershop Harmony Society and Sweet Adelines organizations. I graduated with a degree in Music from the Santa Rosa Junior College in 2023. 

 

Teaching Style:

My teaching style reflects fun, new experimental techniques in the voice and classical ways of piano. I’m a true believer that an instrument is super helpful to help the voice shine, and it shows true talent. I enjoy working with kids who love to learn, improve, and achieve growth. 

 

Hobbies & Interests:

I enjoy bike riding and hiking at the Foothills, singing karaoke locally, playing basketball, listening to jazz, playing ukulele and participating with my acappella group Gusto! I also love Broadway and attending any local shows.

 

Primary Instruments & Availability:

I’m available to teach voice, piano, and ukulele. If you think your child would be interested in learning basic vocal and piano skills and music theory, I provide ongoing lessons any time of the year.

 

As active members of the Windsor and Healdsburg community, my mothers family is known for having started the Windsor Farmers Market and can be considered as Windsor Royalty because of the many years of dedication from my mom, Tina Castelli, and grandma constantly involving me and helping at local events
